How to delete messages.
Ultra Messenger empowers users to maintain control over their chat histories. For reasons of privacy, discretion, or mere rectification of errors, users can easily delete individual messages.
1. Steps to Delete a Message:
- Navigate to the relevant conversation.
- Long-press on the message in question.
- A context menu will appear, providing deletion options.
2. Deletion Options: a. Delete for Me: This option removes the selected message from your view in the conversation. It's applicable to both messages you've received and those you've sent.
b. Delete for Everyone: Exclusive for messages you've dispatched, this option erases the message for both the sender (you) and the recipient.
3. Note on Paid Messages: Should you opt to delete a paid message, be informed that while the message itself can be retracted, the credits used for its dispatch are non-refundable.
